Is there a guide during the tour?

Nope! You'll get your itinerary via our app and enjoy the experience at your own pace.

How do I book a tour?

To book an Emile tour, head over here. Once we receive your order and payment, we'll confirm your booking.

How far in advance should I book?

You can go to the calendar on the Emile website to check available dates and times. Bookings can be made up to 48 hours before departure.

I'm having trouble logging into the app, what should I do?

Drop us an email at hello@emile.brussels, and we'll send you the itinerary for your tour along with your codes for drinks and snacks.

When are Emile tours organized?

We have different types of tours, during the day and the evening. Click on your favourite tour for more details.

Where do the Emile tours start and finish?

They are indicated during the booking process and in your confirmation email. If you can't locate the exact meeting point, check the details in your booking email or call the contact number provided.

Are the tours accessible to wheelchair users or to those with reduced mobility?

Our tours take place outdoors and use the available urban infrastructure. In total, you'll cover approximately 2 to 4 km. There are cobblestones and stairs on the routes, but we can help find solutions—feel free to contact us

What happens in case of bad weather?

Check the weather before your departure to dress accordingly. In Belgium, a little rain won't stop us!

How do I pay?

Payment is made during the booking on our website. It is not possible to pay at the start of the tour.

I want to cancel my reservation, what should I do?

In case of cancellation by the customer, please inform Emile at least one week before the scheduled date, using the contact form. In case of late cancellations or no-shows at the meeting point, the reservation will not be refunded.

Which establishments are present in the Emile tours?

It's a surprise! Our selection of addresses in Brussels 1000, curated by our professional team, creates the magic of our tours.

We have more people than expected, what should we do?

Fantastic! Book an additional spot(s) for the extra person(s) through the online booking system. Contact us to coordinate the reservations and use only one phone during your tour.

Emile x La Dalle - What is the maximum number of participants?

To keep things comfy and cozy while we explore and enjoy our partner spots, we cap our groups at 10 people max. But hey, we get it—great food means great company! Got a bigger crew? Drop us an email, and we'll whip up a special plan just for you. No need to worry about a minimum number either—come one, come all!
