Give a gift voucher and let the lucky recipient choose the event and date that suits them best!
To do so, simply go to the homepage at emile.brussels and click on “I want to give a gift voucher” in the “Gift Voucher” section.
During the booking process, you have two options:
- Send the PDF yourself to the recipient: the gift voucher will be sent to your email address as a PDF immediately after purchase. You can print it or forward it by email. Instructions on how to book an event with a gift voucher are included in the PDF.
- Offer a physical gift card: add the “physical card” option when booking the gift voucher and enter your mailing address so our team can send it to you by post. This option has an additional cost of 5 euros.
The gift voucher is worth €79 and can be used for any EMILE event of the recipient’s choice.
To ensure a relaxed experience for all participants during the workshops, each workshop has a participant limit. The maximum number of participants is listed in the workshop description. However, if your group exceeds 4 people, please contact us by email, and our team will be happy to arrange a custom solution
To ensure the workshops are profitable for our partners, Emile reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop if the minimum number of participants is not met. The minimum number of participants is listed in the description of each event. In this case, the Emile team will contact you personally to inform you and arrange a new date with you.
You’re here to relax, so to ensure your peace of mind on the day, please aim to be punctual. ;-) If you are more than 15 minutes late, we recommend going directly to the second stop to avoid missing the creative workshop. Our partner reserves the right to refuse entry to the workshop if you are more than 15 minutes late.
The courses are reserved for adults. However, if you wish to participate with a child or adolescent, please contact our team, and we will be happy to help.
The workshops are in French, with some dates available in English. Please read the event descriptions carefully and make sure to select your preferred time slot (FR or EN) when booking.
All information regarding necessary and provided materials is mentioned in each workshop’s description. The Emile team is also available via email to answer any questions you may have about the events and workshops
Chill Emile workshops may involve messier activities (paint, flour, etc.). Aprons are provided only for the Sweet Journey workshop. If you want to ensure that you don’t damage your favorite outfit, bring an apron, coveralls, or clothes you don’t mind getting dirty.
Contact us to inform us about your allergies so we can find a custom solution for you.
Drinks are provided during the courses. However, Chill Emile courses do not include meals, so please plan to eat before or after the experience. Depending on the chosen event, it may be possible to have a meal at the final stop at your own expense. You can also bring a snack, a water bottle, or your favorite drink.
